Terms & Conditions for “POEMS Lucky Draw 2020” Promotion:
1. Eligibility
1.1 This lucky draw is valid from 5 October 2020 to 5 November 2020 (both dates inclusive).
1.2 This promotion is open to individuals who are:
- Existing clients of Phillip Securities Pte Ltd (PSPL) with a POEMS trading account and/or
- New clients who open an account with PSPL during the Promotional Period
1.3 All employees and agents of PSPL and its associated entities and subsidiaries (direct or indirect) are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
1.4 To participate in this lucky draw, clients have to redeem chances via POEMS 2.0 web platform.
1.5 There is no limit to the number of chances awarded to each Client.
1.6 Each client is only eligible to win one prize during the Promotion Period. Once a client has drawn to win a prize, he/she will be excluded from subsequent draws.
1.7 To qualify for double chances, trades placed on POEMS Pro must be within the promotion period and are done or part-done trades.
2. Draw Dates and Prizes
2.1 There will be 1 grand prize winner and 55 consolation prize winners.
2.2 The grand prize consists of (1) one Secretlab OMEGA 2020 Series Chair, (2) one Planar Dual Monitor Stand and (3) two Prism+ C240 24” Monitors.
2.3 All images of the Prize on any collateral is for illustration purposes only.
2.4 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
2.5 The Draw will be conducted at the PSPL’s office on 20 November 2020 or on any such dates, at such time as PSPL may determine at its sole and absolute discretion.
2.6 PSPL has the absolute discretion to change the Draw venue and Draw date without any prior notice to eligible participants or anyone else in the Promotion.
2.7 The Winners of the Draw shall be selected at random, either by means of a computerised system or by other means and method (which will be manual or computerised) as PSPL may determine at its absolute discretion.
3. Notification of the Winner
3.1 The Winner will be notified on 20 November 2020 via a prize notification email or phone call based on the last known contact information in PSPL’s records.
3.2 If the Winner cannot be contacted or otherwise has his/her prize forfeited for any reason whatsoever, PSPL reserves the right to draw one (1) or more reserve winner to replace the Winner who has been disqualified. PSPL has the absolute discretion to exclude any otherwise eligible Client from participating in the Draw or Promotion.
3.3 Winners will receive their prizes by the month of December 2020.
4. General
4.1 “POEMS platform” refers to POEMS 2.0, POEMS Mobile 2.0, POEMS Pro.
4.2 In the event of a dispute over the Customer’s eligibility to participate in this promotion, PSPL’s decision will be final.
4.3. Notwithstanding anything herein contained, PSPL reserves the right at any time in its absolute discretion to (i) amend, add and / or delete any time of these Terms and Conditions without prior notification (including eligibility and qualifying terms and criteria), and all participants shall be bound by such amendments, additions and / or deletions when effected, or (ii) vary, withdraw, or cancel any items or the promotion without having to disclose a reason thereof and without any compensation or payment whatsoever. PSPL decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
4.4 By taking part in this promotion, the participant acknowledges that he/she has read and consented to these Terms and Conditions.
# To earn double chances, clients have to place at least 1 trade on POEMS Pro platform during the Lucky Draw campaign period. For example, if client A placed a trade on POEMS Pro platform and redeemed 5 chances with 500 reward points, he/she will be awarded 10 chances. Bonus chances will be credited at the end of the campaign period.
