E-Statement
How do I enrol for e-Statement service?
In our continuous effort to provide greater convenience to our customers, eligible customers (with POEMS / FAME / Phillip Wealth Management Portal access AND email address in PSPL’s records) will be auto-enrolled for this free service.
If you had previously opted-out of e-Statements, you may opt back in through the following steps:
1. For POEMS customers:- Log in to POEMS website > Acct Mgmt > e-Statements > Manage e-Statements > Opt in for e-Statements; or
- Log in to POEMS Mobile 3.0 > Me > e-Statements > Settings > Opt in for e-Statements.
- Log in to https://wm.phillip.com.sg website > e-Statements > Opt in for e-Statements.
- Log in to https://www.fame.com.sg website > Admin > Particular > E-Consent > Click on the e-consent status to change it from “OPTED OUT” to “ENROLLED”
Kindly note that opting in for e-statements will require 1 day to take effect.
