Frequently Asked Questions
US Live Prices
Why am I still unable to trade in the US Market even after subscribing to the US Live Prices?
Subscription to US Live Prices does not affect your ability to trade. You can still trade even if you do not have live prices.
To enable access to trade the US, you must submit the W-8BEN form.
Additionally, to trade US listed ETFs, both the CAR and CKA declarations must be duly completed and submitted.
Both forms are accessible via POEMS 2.0 Web Platform, via 'Acct Mgmt' > 'Online Forms'.
Alternatively, you may download the form here. For any questions or assistance, please contact us at 6531 1555.
