Account Opening Overview
How do I update my particulars?
For Individual Clients and Joint Account Holders:
You may update your particulars via the POEMS Website under “My Settings” or POEMS Mobile 3 App under the “Me” tab.
Alternatively, you may complete the Update Particulars Form and email it to apu@phillip.com.sg using your registered email address with Phillip Securities Pte Ltd.
For Corporate Clients:
Please complete the Corporate Update Particulars Form and mail the duly signed hardcopy (signed in wet-ink by the authorised signatories) to the address below:

By submitting an Update Particulars request, you authorise and consent to the update of your information across all accounts held with Phillip Securities Pte Ltd.
