Why am I not able to redeem Community Chest Donation vouchers?
This can happen for one of two reasons:
- Each Customer may only redeem 1 X $50 Community Chest Donation per month, you may have hit the maximum redemption value for the month.
- You have insufficient reward points for redemption.
