 Who will receive the POEMS ePIN Mailer?

Effective from 13 March 2019, all new accounts* will receive the ePIN Mailer if they fulfil the following criteria:

  • Individual account
  • Account is opened with a valid mobile number and email address registered with Phillip Securities Private Limited (PSPL)

*Kindly take note of the following:

  • Joint account holders and B2B/Corporate entities will continue to receive physical pin mailers.
  • Account holders who have successfully created their password during the online account application will not receive the ePIN Mailer.
